1. Field training
10-week program (weekly) Commencing on the 5th Feb
2. S&C Sessions – Sunday, Narrabeen
8-week program (weekly) Commencing on the 11th Feb
3. Off-field Development
Dates for these sessions will be confirmed with the aim to run two sessions where possible – Tue and Thur – Narrabeen or online
